As an artist deeply committed to both the quality and the personal resonance of my work, your satisfaction is paramount. Please be aware that refund and return requests are welcomed within 5 days of delivery. Due to the unique nature of my artwork, all refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, I kindly ask that you initiate the process within 5 days of its arrival by contacting me at [email protected]. To be considered for a return, the artwork must be in its original, unused condition and contained within its original packaging. While returns based on customer taste are evaluated, acceptance is discretionary and not assured.

Please note, custom commissions and any downpayments on commissions are final sales and cannot be refunded. This policy also applies to downloadable digital products and gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are occasionally granted, particularly for prints that arrive damaged or defective. Should you find yourself in such a situation, please contact me to discuss the possibility of an exchange. For original works, opting for insurance is highly recommended, as I cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred after the item has left my studio. Rest assured, all items are securely packaged and come with a tracking link for security and transparency.

Shipping Returns

To arrange a return, contact me at [email protected] for specific instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
